Appointment Preparation Please arrive with your hair clean and fully detangled. While your service will include a professional shampoo and conditioning, hair should not be matted upon arrival. If detangling is required, please schedule a Detangling Service in advance to ensure adequate time is reserved for your appointment.

For Relaxer and Color Services Do not wash or scratch your scalp for at least two days prior to your appointment. This helps protect your scalp and ensures the best results for your service.

The Treatment Bar is our exclusive service menu for targeted scalp and hair therapies, designed to address dryness, breakage, thinning, and other concerns. These treatments can be booked alone or added to services.

Required at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no shows will result if a fee. If fee is not paid no future bookings will be allowed.

Same day appointments may be requested. Text must be received at 8:30 am. These are limited slots and are only for established clients that are seen at least with in a 6 week period. It is highly recommend to book in advance.

Trim

For Optimal Hair Health, I recommend trims every 6-8 weeks and professional treatments every 2-4 weeks, depending on your hair type and goals.
